Prices: Our prices are quoted in $AUD. Due to currency changes and wholesale prices, the prices outlined are subject to change without notice. All prices are GST inclusive.  We offer VISA/ MASTERCARD/ BANK TRANSFER for your convenience for payment. All orders must be paid in full before shipping.

Orders: Orders will be accepted during the day and evening via phone 03 9776 5611(answering machine 24 hrs), fax 03 9775 8071, email: info@modeltaparts.com.au, web site www.modeltaparts.com.au or by regular mail.  If placing an order via fax, email or regular mail, please include a phone number where you can be reached during our regular working hours. Pick up of goods strictly by appointment only.

Stock: New stock is arriving regularly. Please check with us if item is not listed in catalogue. Any items not in stock when an order is received will automatically go on back order and be shipped as soon as available, unless we are advised otherwise.

Freight: All goods will be sent registered mail by Australia Post.  Buyer will be charged the exact freight charges. We do everything possible to pack your order in a manner that assures its safe arrival at your location. We cannot be responsible for any damage of goods incurred after leaving our office. If damage has occurred, immediately notify the postal service. Save all original packing material for inspection. Then Contact us.

Return Goods: All sales are final. Parts will only be accepted for return within 14 days if the goods supplied are faulty or not as ordered. Please notify us by email or in writing before returning any goods. Postage and any costs of goods will be refunded on receipt of goods. Items sent by COD will not be accepted.

All original packaging material must be returned as evidence - dirty packaging will not be accepted. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all returned products are packed to a good standard so as not to get damaged in transit. Refunds will not be made it the goods are damaged in this way on return.
